• Complex Case Support - Offer expert guidance on high-value or complex accounts.
• Performance Management - Assess team performance metrics and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with marketing, claims, and risk management to create customized client solutions.
• Agency Partnerships - Develop and sustain productive relationships with agency partners.
• Market Analysis - Stay informed of industry trends and adapt underwriting strategies accordingly.
• Compliance & Training - Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, while supporting hiring, training, and professional growth initiatives.

Required Skills

• Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Industry Expertise - Minimum of 5 years in commercial underwriting, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Technical Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of commercial trucking insurance, risk assessment, and pricing methodologies.
• Leadership Skills - Proven ability to foster, develop, and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities - Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
