Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the order-to-cash cycle
- Supervise contract management activities to facilitate effective order fulfillment and cash collection
- Work closely with various departments to enhance processes and explore automation opportunities
- Foster strong communication and relationships with both internal and external partners
- Strongly process-oriented with familiarity in utilizing software solutions and automation tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in approach
- High regard for integrity and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
- Analytical with adept problem-solving capabilities
- Organized with a preference for established processes
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in account management, preferably with experience in contract negotiation

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of \(70,000 to \)80,000 per annum
- Remote work opportunity available for Florida residents
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

- 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), with accrual starting immediately upon hire, plus 10 company holidays
