Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of five within the Cash Accounting Department, promoting a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily revenue postings.
- Manage cash flow in accordance with sales performance and traffic, guaranteeing proper denominations for change and secure handling.
- Oversee credit card account management, including settlements, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Provide essential support to sales teams through precise documentation and timely accounting entries.
- Recruit, train, and assess Cash Accounting staff, executing regular performance evaluations.
- Investigate cash shortages, collaborating closely with leadership for effective resolution.
- Facilitate cash-handling certification training and enforce safety protocols.
- Supervise vault and change machine operations, ensuring adequate money supplies and operational maintenance.
- Implement and maintain cash accounting policies, fostering cooperation within the Finance team.
- Act as the PCI Compliance Liaison, safeguarding guest financial information.
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and manage vending collections.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
