Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, emphasizing key performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Develop and sustain financial forecasts, integrating variance analysis and trend evaluations.
• Execute financial modeling and scenario analysis to bolster strategic initiatives and informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
• Facilitate the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and departmental reviews.
• Monitor financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, providing insightful recommendations and actionable guidance.
• Enhance financial planning methodologies, tools, and processes to elevate accuracy and efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills

• Profound understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior communication and presentation abilities, adept at simplifying complex financial concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, inclusive of a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
