Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure comprehensive ServiceNow implementations tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with the service management team to develop and refine ServiceNow applications and solutions that align with the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Provide expert consultation regarding the design, development, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging closely with clients to understand their missions, architectural nuances, priorities, and security requirements.
- Lead and mentor development teams, sharing expertise and best practices to foster professional growth and excellence.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing ServiceNow solutions across various applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- Profound proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configurations, and custom applications.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements management and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in engaging with project teams and stakeholders to deliver superior ServiceNow solutions.
- Exceptional communication abilities to cultivate positive relationships with senior leadership and executives.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow systems, particularly within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven leadership experience, guiding and mentoring development teams.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
