We are actively seeking a meticulous and skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to become a valued member of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management of inventory-related financial records, cost tracking, account reconciliation, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records and oversee food and beverage cost monitoring.
• Reconcile inventory purchases, usage, and waste to uphold financial integrity.
• Analyze inventory patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Document daily transactions related to inventory, ensuring proper categorization and documentation.
• Prepare and verify financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions linked to inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and best practices.
• Organize and keep inventory documentation current and accessible.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• High proficiency with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
• Competence in data analysis and trend identification regarding inventory and expenses.

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting, particularly in a hospitality environment.
