Product Management Director - Digital Supply Chain Visibility - Remote (Hybrid)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Director of Product Management who is driven by a passion for innovation in Digital Supply Chain Visibility. This leadership role encompasses defining and executing the digital supply chain strategy, enabling our customers to achieve operational excellence and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, especially in dry van and reefer technology.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring our products provide exceptional value.
• Define product roadmaps that align with our overarching digital supply chain strategy across transportation and maritime sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, such as real-time tracking and temperature monitoring systems.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies, including product pricing, positioning, and promotion for successful launches.
• Manage channels effectively by customizing solutions for OEMs, VARs, leasing companies, and direct customers.
• Monitor product performance through data analysis, enhancing offerings based on key metrics.
• Communicate progress and updates effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a thorough understanding of assets used in rail, road, and maritime logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of data management, analytics, and integration technologies, including ETL, data warehousing, BI tools, and APIs.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, demonstrating a proven record of driving product growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites as needed (10%-20% of the time).
• A portfolio that illustrates your success in growing products and increasing market share.
