This leadership role encompasses defining and executing the digital supply chain strategy, enabling our customers to achieve operational excellence and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, especially in dry van and reefer technology.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring our products provide exceptional value.
- Define product roadmaps that align with our overarching digital supply chain strategy across transportation and maritime sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, such as real-time tracking and temperature monitoring systems.
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies, including product pricing, positioning, and promotion for successful launches.
- Manage channels effectively by customizing solutions for OEMs, VARs, leasing companies, and direct customers.
- Monitor product performance through data analysis, enhancing offerings based on key metrics.
- Communicate progress and updates effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in the transportation industry, with a thorough understanding of assets used in rail, road, and maritime logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of data management, analytics, and integration technologies, including ETL, data warehousing, BI tools, and APIs.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, demonstrating a proven record of driving product growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities.

- Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites as needed (10%-20% of the time).
