Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the identification, validation, and prioritization of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing job seeker-job matching.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Engineers, to deliver exceptional machine learning-driven user experiences.
- Oversee project execution, establish go-to-market strategies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Align organizational stakeholders around a unified long-term vision while promoting best practices in data management.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly within the realm of data science or machine learning.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL and Python.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with effective project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication competencies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
