- Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
- Evaluate coverage and policy conditions to establish the legitimacy of claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate and settle claims within designated limits, adhering to policy guidelines and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist, particularly in managing property claims.
- In-depth understanding of property insurance policies, coverage details, and claims handling procedures.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices.
- Strong communication skills, adept at managing sensitive conversations while maintaining a client-centric focus.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, capable of evaluating damages, estimating repair costs, and negotiating settlements.
- Proficiency in claims management software and related tools.
- Physical capacity for tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and inspecting roofs at various heights.
- Valid driver’s license required.
