- Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to efficiently resolve claims.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the claims process.
- Collect evidence, document findings, and produce comprehensive reports to support claims management.
- Handle personal and commercial property claims, including those with exposures up to $500,000.
- Evaluate claims in accordance with policy coverage and local regulations, ensuring compliance and validity.
- Negotiate settlements within authorized limits while adhering to policy provisions and industry standards.
- Proven experience in property claims, particularly as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist.
