Job Overview

Join our esteemed team at Windsong Lodge, where we are committed to crafting exceptional experiences for our guests and team members alike. As a Night Auditor/Security Relief, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding a secure and inviting atmosphere. This position operates primarily during the night shift, requiring dedication and attentiveness from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, five days a week, with duties shared between Night Audit (three nights) and Property Security (two nights).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate guests with reservations and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide insightful lodging and local area information to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain financial accuracy by balancing deposits and completing necessary accounting forms.
• Generate end-of-day reports and process audit packages with precision.
• Operate office equipment proficiently to support daily operations.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Conduct regular security rounds to ensure safety and monitor noise levels.
• Collaborate with the front desk using two-way radio for seamless communication.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and workplace incidents.
• Document and report any security issues, including suspicious activity or vandalism, to management promptly.
  
  

Required Skills

• Vigilance and an ability to remain alert during overnight shifts.
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and workplace safety standards.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including mobility tasks and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
