Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of bookkeeping, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Collaborate closely with the Controller to refine and advance accounting functions and business procedures.
- Play a key role in implementing a new accounting system and developing monthly financial management and KPI reporting.
- Utilize platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel to facilitate financial operations.
- Partner with team members across departments to ensure efficient financial processes and accurate reporting.
- Strong foundation in accounting, encompassing experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as a member of a team.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a minimum of 7 years of practical experience within an accounting environment.
