Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting activities.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication channels between teams and clients.

• Participate in the introduction of new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the \(5M-\)25M revenue range.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with NetSuite experience being a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members, providing constructive feedback in a professional manner.
