Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and exemplify our core values throughout all tasks and interactions, including Innovation, Accountability, Collaboration, Courage, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Pursuit of Excellence, and Tenacity.
- Manage financial account oversight, including the preparation and maintenance of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, ensuring report accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Staff Accountants, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring timely completion of weekly tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers to maintain client account accuracy and provide insightful updates for informed decision-making and service enhancements.
- Facilitate the implementation of new locations for current clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams for seamless transitions.
- Analyze Level 3 bank activity to inform and optimize financial decision-making processes.
- Track and manage outstanding tasks, ensuring their timely resolution and maintaining progress through collaboration with Junior and Staff Accountants.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, including balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications, including Excel and Restaurant365.
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or familiarity in financial management or client support is beneficial.
