Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, define, and document business requirements utilizing agile methodologies to deliver impactful software applications.
- Engage in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify both business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to decompose larger initiatives into manageable user stories.
- Partner with the agile team throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and understanding of project requirements.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, user acceptance testing, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on software development requirements and product backlog management.
- At least 2 years of experience working within an agile framework, demonstrating a robust agile mindset and familiarity with the Scrum process.
- Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Scrum certification (CSM or CSPO) is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of gathering requirements and managing backlogs in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
