We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Growth Analyst to join our esteemed team on a remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in driving our sales and business development initiatives. You will play an influential role in the enhancement of sales and pricing tools, the analysis of market trends, and the development of impactful account plans to stimulate growth among our B2B clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to devise and execute effective go-to-market strategies that utilize innovative products and solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze market segments and client profiles to discover new business prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, forecast revenues, and pinpoint potential challenges or areas requiring enhancement.
  • Construct and maintain forecasting models to anticipate sales performance and market dynamics, facilitating informed resource allocation and decision-making.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning, partnering with sales and marketing teams to refine pricing frameworks.
  • Work alongside sales teams to craft and present persuasive business cases for customer engagements.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, devising strategies to strengthen business development efforts.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for market initiatives and sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools to conduct data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other tools utilized for data management and insights generation.
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping and engaging key decision-makers within large enterprises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role, with a concentration on supporting sales and business development in advanced technology, industrial, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, pipeline analysis, and analytical forecasting.
  • Solid experience in pricing analysis and constructing business cases.
