Remote Crypto Product Manager | WFH

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager specializing in Crypto to join our innovative team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead the development of groundbreaking services while leveraging existing products to explore novel use cases in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation of new services and investigate innovative applications utilizing current products as a framework.
• Facilitate user research and community engagement to collect insightful feedback, including feature requests, bug reports, and general suggestions from our customer base.
• Formulate and oversee a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning strategies with the organization’s vision and conducting detailed market analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including cofounders, development, design, marketing, and integrations—to ensure seamless product releases, updates, and feature launches. Maintain alignment across teams regarding launch prerequisites, timelines, and post-release evaluations.
• Design and execute data analytics and monitoring dashboards to assess adoption and retention metrics, utilizing this data to steer the team’s strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Assume responsibility for user education and documentation, encompassing the creation of tutorials, showcases, and a robust knowledge base.
