Your responsibilities will include addressing account inquiries, clarifying plan fees, and providing intricate product information to ensure customers possess a comprehensive understanding of their plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by managing inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, addressing a spectrum of inquiries concerning financial products and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and effectively relay any updates or changes to customers.
  • Engage actively with customers to discern both expressed and underlying needs, offering timely and constructive solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to enhance our understanding and strengthen relationships with our members.
  • Adhere to all compliance regulations, company policies, and legal requirements to uphold professional standards during every interaction.
  • Educate customers on various topics, including tax implications, surrender charges, death benefits, and other pertinent plan details, ensuring thorough comprehension.
  • Analyze customer concerns to identify solutions, striving for first-call resolution while collaborating with internal teams for escalated issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings with leadership to establish career aspirations and formulate a personalized development plan, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Comfort with technology and office software, facilitating effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to grasp complex financial plans and contracts.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and the sales process is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is essential.
