Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and executing comprehensive marketing programs across diverse channels, including in-store, merchandising, at-home, and digital media. Your expertise in fostering client relationships and your dedication to delivering exceptional service will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from contract approval through to campaign completion.
  • Manage essential processes, including the generation of Salesforce opportunities, reservations management, contract creation, asset processing, and invoice approvals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our sales, clients, and internal teams to guarantee flawless project execution.
  • Provide pre-sale assistance by supporting sales teams with detailed executional planning.
  • Maintain accurate program timelines, manage assets, and ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.
  • Resolve issues proactively, respond to client inquiries, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support special projects and contribute to ongoing improvements within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational capabilities with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Salesforce being a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, client services, campaign management, or a similar role, including internships.
