In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and executing comprehensive marketing programs across diverse channels, including in-store, merchandising, at-home, and digital media. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from contract approval through to campaign completion.
- Manage essential processes, including the generation of Salesforce opportunities, reservations management, contract creation, asset processing, and invoice approvals.
- Act as the primary liaison between our sales, clients, and internal teams to guarantee flawless project execution.
- Provide pre-sale assistance by supporting sales teams with detailed executional planning.
- Maintain accurate program timelines, manage assets, and ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.
- Resolve issues proactively, respond to client inquiries, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support special projects and contribute to ongoing improvements within the organization.
- Strong organizational capabilities with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Salesforce being a plus.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, client services, campaign management, or a similar role, including internships.
