Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Finance to become an integral part of our team. This role will involve close collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership, delivering critical insights and guidance on all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, providing strategic analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with departmental leaders to evaluate business performance and facilitate sound financial decision-making.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage relationships with external accounting partners, ensuring accurate financial practices.
• Lead cash management and treasury functions to ensure effective cash flow oversight.
• Supervise the month-end closing process and guarantee timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce internal control procedures to ensure financial integrity.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings with related firms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial operations.
