Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee revenue and pipeline forecasting models, presenting regular updates to the executive team regarding revenue and pipeline performance.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to measure sales funnel efficiency and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
- Collaborate with financial leadership to define revenue-focused objectives and key results (OKRs) while providing insights into go-to-market performance.
- Partner with finance to formulate pricing strategies that maximize revenue potential and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and People leadership to devise commission structures and quota allocations that align incentives with performance.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for system enhancements, focusing on stability, data integrity, scalability, and process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pipeline generation, customer lifecycle management, and retention across go-to-market teams.
- Facilitate effective communication regarding system updates and process modifications to all relevant stakeholders.
- Design and implement sales processes, including core operational metrics and business cadences.
- Supervise the Deal Desk function, ensuring streamlined deal management and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Work with administrators to optimize Salesforce and Marketo for improved data quality and process consistency.
- Serve as a liaison among Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align all go-to-market teams in revenue generation efforts.
- Develop training resources, playbooks, and materials to boost team productivity and performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering professional growth, skill enhancement, and mentorship.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in SaaS, software, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A practical, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced work environment.
