Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of our financial reporting processes in collaboration with the Finance Director and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly closing process, overseeing all financial data.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and vendor payables, to maintain optimal liquidity.
• Conduct thorough variance analyses to evaluate actual performance against budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
• Coordinate audit activities and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, including managing tax compliance.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency within financial processes and systems.
• Oversee inter-company reconciliations to maintain accurate financial interfaces across the organization.
• Support special projects and respond to ad-hoc requests as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, with familiarity in IFRS standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or Business Central is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Italian, Hebrew, Arabic) are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion.
