Remote Financial Analyst III | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst III to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in accounting and financial analysis, with a minimum of three years of pertinent experience. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who is at ease working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with financial systems, particularly Workday ERP, is strongly preferred. Candidates will be expected to complete a skills assessment prior to the interview to ascertain their proficiency at the Level II standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Examine financial data to derive insights that facilitate informed business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are both efficient and precise.
• Prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and optimization of systems, including mastering the Workday ERP system.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also excelling independently.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Capacity to rapidly learn new financial systems, with a focus on the Workday ERP Financial Module.
• Experience in crafting visually appealing and clear presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or eligibility to sit for CPA examinations.
• A minimum of three years' experience in accounting or financial analysis is required.
• Preferred: 5-7 years of direct experience in hospital finance or related healthcare finance sectors.
