- Identify and cultivate new business prospects using tailored lead lists and self-sourced opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key referral partners, including CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers.
- Master and effectively utilize sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to meticulously track sales activities and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional capabilities in relationship-building and delivering superior client service.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and possessing a positive outlook.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales specifically in HR consulting.
- 1-3 years in a quota-driven sales environment is required.
- Experience with SaaS solutions is advantageous.
