Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
- Utilize proven sales strategies to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Ensure high standards of customer interaction while achieving sales targets.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to maintain compliance.
- Operate independently while receiving ongoing coaching and professional development.
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License (preferred) or a willingness to obtain one with company support.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a genuine passion for customer assistance.
- Capability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A designated home workspace equipped with a reliable internet connection (Ethernet required).
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive base salary of \(36,400, with monthly performance-based incentives averaging \)2,000-\(3,000 (top performers may earn over \)110,000 annually).

- Incentives for performance, internet reimbursement, and a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus for obtaining your insurance sales license prior to your start date (bonus payable after 90 days of employment).
