Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to Associate Counselors.
- Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in practice.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to design effective treatment strategies.
- Stay informed on psychopharmacology and ensure thorough medical documentation.
- Collect and assess data to improve service delivery.
- Build positive relationships through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work autonomously with a high degree of professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPC.
- Proficient in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Ability to devise and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation.
- Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to positively influencing lives.
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
- At least 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy.
