Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations for assigned non-profit clients.
- Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to discuss financial analyses and strategic initiatives.
- Review and evaluate monthly financial reports and analyses generated by the accounting team.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and their external professional service providers.
- Manage cash flow and initiate payments for approved expenditures.
- Attend and contribute to client finance committee and board meetings.
- Provide leadership and direction to the client engagement team.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and forecasting financial futures.
- Maintain effective financial operations while managing client-related risks.
- Prepare comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related management reports.
- Develop and uphold a robust system of internal controls.
- Ensure compliance and oversee tax planning and regulatory reporting.
