- Develop, document, and implement bookkeeping SOPs to standardize operations.
- Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the maintenance bookkeeping team.
- Address and resolve complex accounting and data integration challenges for clients.
- Lead initiatives to maintain consistency and accuracy in job costing, categorization, and reconciliation processes.
- Guide clients through their account setups, enhancing their experience with our services.
- Ensure a seamless transition to ongoing maintenance bookkeeping services for companies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify intricate accounting data and resolve inquiries.
- Actively contribute to enhancing the automation and business intelligence systems utilized for bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to dissect complex challenges and devise innovative solutions.
- Proficient in managing accounting data and integrating it with client systems.
- Experienced in cash and accrual accounting methods, preferably within a multi-client environment.
- Competent in preparing financial statements, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
