Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enhancements for PeopleSoft Finance modules, ensuring robust unit testing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to P2P modules, including eProcurement, eSettlement, eSupplier, Supplier Contracts, and AP/PO.
- Conduct functional system testing to rectify production issues.
- Address and resolve integration challenges between PeopleSoft Finance modules and other systems.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for new code deployments.
- Guide and mentor the offshore team in both functional and technical aspects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth production deployment.
- Organize and manage demo sessions and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives alongside business users and internal IT teams.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation adhering to knowledge management best practices.
- Perform impact analysis for suggested enhancements.
- Offer general process guidance and assistance to the team.
- Strong technical proficiency in PeopleSoft, including Application Engine, Integrations, nVision, and PSQuery.
- Deep understanding of the integration between PeopleSoft P2P modules and AP systems.
- Ability to craft detailed techno-functional documentation for system modifications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft and related technologies is essential.
- Previous involvement in PeopleSoft application and tools upgrade projects is advantageous.
