You will collaborate across various functions including product management, marketing, engineering, and data analytics, positioning you to lead key initiatives that yield substantial business impact.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for optimizing user acquisition funnels and enhancing activation rates to drive revenue growth.Design and improve the onboarding experience to ensure users achieve long-term success with our products.Oversee monetization strategies that include targeted experiments and pricing optimizations to elevate monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR).Manage the growth experimentation process by employing A / B testing and iterative approaches to uncover and scale impactful opportunities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Design to align on objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.Utilize data insights to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and inform scalable growth strategies.Conduct in-depth research to fully understand the needs and challenges faced by retail property owners, translating these insights into actionable product strategies.Required Skills Minimum of 4 years’ experience in growth product management or a related role within consumer software or SaaS environments.Proven ability to drive user acquisition and retention growth through experimentation and optimization techniques.Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing platforms like SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools.Familiarity with A / B testing methodologies and frameworks for growth experimentation.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.A strategic mindset combined with the capability to execute hands-on initiatives.Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Marketing, is preferred.Experience in the real estate or financial technology sectors is advantageous.Knowledge of subscription-based business models and user lifecycle strategies is a plus.Joining our team offers you the chance to lead significant growth initiatives that deliver measurable results, fostering your professional development within a rapidly expanding organization.
