Key Responsibilities

As the Product Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Leading the product vision and spearheading discovery efforts in collaboration with service designers and strategists to establish the service model, pricing structure, and operational necessities.
  • Driving the service discovery process through engagement with financial advisors, collecting insights, and utilizing feedback to enhance the product continually.
  • Designing, executing, and managing A/B testing pilots across diverse cohorts, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize product features.
  • Performing pricing and unit economics assessments to construct a robust business case for new service offerings.
  • Guiding the team from the discovery phase to full-scale launch, ensuring comprehensive alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team that includes strategists, designers, business operations, and analysts within the broader Venture Labs framework.
  • Engaging with senior leadership to communicate project progress, articulate the overarching vision, and partake in strategic business decisions.

Required Skills

We seek a proactive and adaptable individual with a strong foundation in new product development and a genuine passion for financial services. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business/product management or strategy consulting, centered on corporate strategy, innovation, and product development.
  • 1-2 years of expertise in Digital Sales & Marketing, with a focus on Lead Generation.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, and both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rapidly scaling organization, adept at launching new offerings.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from data for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Lean Start-up methodologies and business model design practices.
  • Experience in employing human-centered design principles and conducting collaborative workshops.
  • A solid background in financial services or fintech, with a commitment to broadening access to financial guidance.
