Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for customer perspectives at the executive level.
  • Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap to C-suite executives and essential stakeholders.
  • Craft hiring strategies, recruit, inspire, and retain top-tier talent for the product team.
  • Drive alignment across the organization around impactful initiatives, ensuring clarity and urgency in decision-making.
  • Provide transformative leadership to product managers, nurturing a culture of agile execution and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering, to deliver innovative and customer-centric product solutions.
  • Lead the development and dissemination of strategic plans for each product line in conjunction with marketing.
  • Prioritize major design initiatives to ensure an exceptional and unified end-to-end product experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide the creation of new features and product enhancements.
  • Establish clear requirements documents, including user stories and acceptance criteria for new product features.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in leading product management within a high-growth, multi-product B2B SaaS environment (revenue exceeding $150M).
  • Expertise in areas such as book creation, publishing, photography, design, or creator marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of modern consumer requirements.
  • Strong aptitude for executing complex product strategies, managing budgets, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Experience with navigating mergers and acquisitions, integrating acquired product lines into a cohesive strategic framework.
  • Proven collaboration with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives and meet market demands.
  • Background in transitioning legacy solutions to modern SaaS platforms and successfully launching products on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

  • A robust history in product management, particularly in a B2B SaaS context, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting product vision to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
