As a part of our dynamic team, which champions innovation, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting a growing customer base that includes artists, photographers, designers, and businesses. We are currently in search of an accomplished Vice President of Product to spearhead our product strategy and influence the trajectory of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the customer advocate, ensuring their needs are adequately reflected in the product vision and strategic direction.
  • Manage and articulate the product roadmap to C-level executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Assemble and guide a high-performing product management team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and creative innovation.
  • Align organizational efforts towards impactful initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition, competitive positioning, and strategic direction for each product line.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and customer feedback to drive innovative product solutions.
  • Guarantee a cohesive end-to-end product experience in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and refine the product roadmap informed by customer demands, business priorities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch influential product features.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to implement product strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize agile methodologies for iterative optimization and timely delivery of product features.
  • Establish clear objectives and metrics for product initiatives, analyzing data to assess new feature impact and drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly share insights and progress with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in scaling product management within a high-growth, multi-product setting.
  • Experience in crafting and executing innovative product strategies, particularly in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong command of product lifecycle management, customer research methodologies, and market analysis techniques.
  • A successful track record in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership, including CEOs and boards of directors.
  • Familiarity with transitioning legacy solutions to contemporary platforms (e.g., SaaS).
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for empowering creators and championing their success.
