Your Role

As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in steering the execution of Salesforce implementation projects. This position focuses on efficient project delivery, fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aligning with our clients’ strategic business objectives. You will act as a mentor and key liaison, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards and our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects, managing activities and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
  • Implement project management standards and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with delivery team leaders and senior management to uphold high client satisfaction levels.
  • Advocate for and ensure adherence to the organization's delivery framework.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and escalated issues.
  • Partner with leadership to align projects with strategic organizational objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and nurture the development of project managers through training and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with resource management to effectively plan and allocate resources.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Serve as the escalation point for any project-related challenges.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects or leading teams of project managers.
  • Strong expertise in Professional Services Project Management with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide teams through change and achieve significant results.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with the capability to prioritize tasks and navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects or overseeing teams of project managers.
  • Proven track record in Professional Services Project Management and Salesforce implementations.
