Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately perform data entry tasks
- Prepare and file individual 1040 tax returns
- Provide support for the filing of small business returns (Form 1120S)
- Assist in the preparation of partnership returns (Form 1065)
- Manage client invoicing and payment processes
- Ensure clear and professional communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless tax return processing
- A strong eagerness to learn, grow, and advance professionally
- Exceptional analytical and verbal communication abilities
- Self-driven with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in tax preparation and relevant software
- Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to embrace new technologies
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or Enrolled Agent status
- CPA designation is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in tax preparation
