Position Title: Senior Account Manager - Salesforce Solutions (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager with a deep passion for Salesforce solutions and a knack for thriving in a dynamic, results-driven environment. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business prospects, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving substantial revenue growth for our esteemed Salesforce consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Identify, engage, and establish a robust sales pipeline through strategic partnerships and proactive lead generation.
  • Hold meetings with prospective clients to evaluate and qualify new business ventures.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring seamless order processing from initiation to completion.
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and prepare comprehensive proposals and statements of work with the assistance of presales consultants.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and revenue enhancement.
  • Accurately project monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Remain updated on market trends to recognize new business opportunities.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in Salesforce technology and services within a team-oriented environment.
  • Profound understanding of Cloud and SaaS platforms and their advantages across various sectors.
  • Proven ability to evaluate client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in remote selling, adept at using tools like Google Meet for client engagement.
  • Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of navigating complex discussions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote capacity while collaborating with local and nearshore teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary.
  • Proficiency in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically focused on Salesforce solutions.
  • A strong grasp of Cloud/SaaS technologies and their business impacts.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: \(70,000 - \)150,000 (based on contract type and experience) commissions
  • Employment Type: Permanent (with benefits) or Contractor
  • Working Hours: Full-time, flexible
  • Retirement Plan: Minimum 4% employer contribution to 401(K) (no matching required).
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days of vacation annually, in addition to 5 paid sick days.
  • Healthcare Support: Up to $1,000 monthly contribution towards health insurance.
