Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Investment Research team to identify, analyze, and implement effective investment strategies customized for clients.
- Serve as the main liaison within the Investment Research team for designated investment strategies.
- Conduct extensive searches and perform initial due diligence on a wide array of investment strategies.
- Carry out ongoing evaluations of investment manager portfolios to ensure they align with client requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc investment research assignments as necessary.
- Partner closely with the Client Advisory team to offer valuable insights and recommend strategy adjustments based on evolving client circumstances.
- Engage in client and prospective client meetings, effectively communicating our investment philosophy and simplifying complex strategies.
- Participate in business development efforts, including networking events, while representing our firm in a professional manner.
- 2 years of experience in investment or asset management.
- Proven ability to independently source and evaluate investment ideas, leveraging established relationships to provide insights.
- Strong intellectual curiosity coupled with analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of investment management principles, especially in asset allocation and portfolio construction.
- Basic knowledge of relevant business, legal, and accounting principles related to investment evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication competencies, with proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and other essential tools.
