Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records through detailed analysis of balance sheets and general ledger accounts for all clients.
- Generate and reconcile month-end financial statements, providing comprehensive insights for our clients.
- Guide and mentor a team of bookkeepers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll to maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage the filing of sales taxes and special taxes for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support special projects that align with team objectives and client requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online with 3-5 years of practical experience.
- Advanced capabilities in MS Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Experience in managing multiple clients while effectively adhering to deadlines.
- Strong understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports with the general ledger.
