Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Formulate and present comprehensive product strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Guide delivery teams by facilitating agile practices, refining user stories, and managing project workflows.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to identify challenges, foster ideation, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and convert business requirements into practical deliverables.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and critical milestones.
- Supervise product roadmaps, ensuring alignment of value-driven milestones with development teams.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and business analysts to ensure effective project execution.
- Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers to uphold robust client relationships and manage project timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing enterprise software product delivery in an Agile setting.
- Proven track record of owning a product vertical, including vision, strategy, and execution of roadmaps.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relations.
- Experience in delivering consumer-facing features or enterprise software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks).
- Expertise in facilitating design workshops, building consensus, and enabling strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with heavily regulated sectors (e.g., government, energy, transportation, healthcare) is beneficial.
- Experience with AI integration in products is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (multiple years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required (per client contract).
