Key Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Formulate and present comprehensive product strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Guide delivery teams by facilitating agile practices, refining user stories, and managing project workflows.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to identify challenges, foster ideation, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and convert business requirements into practical deliverables.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and critical milestones.
• Supervise product roadmaps, ensuring alignment of value-driven milestones with development teams.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and business analysts to ensure effective project execution.
• Partner with Account Managers and Project Managers to uphold robust client relationships and manage project timelines.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in managing enterprise software product delivery in an Agile setting.
• Proven track record of owning a product vertical, including vision, strategy, and execution of roadmaps.
• Strong leadership capabilities with proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relations.
• Experience in delivering consumer-facing features or enterprise software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks).
• Expertise in facilitating design workshops, building consensus, and enabling strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with heavily regulated sectors (e.g., government, energy, transportation, healthcare) is beneficial.
• Experience with AI integration in products is a significant advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (multiple years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(60 to \)70 per hour.
• Flexible part-time hours (20 hours per week).
