Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and architects, to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of features.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the development process, ensuring the removal of obstacles and promoting continuous integration and delivery.
• Actively contribute to coding and feature verification tasks to meet release commitments.
• Mentor and guide team members, assisting them in overcoming both technical and non-technical challenges.
• Champion best practices in software design and development to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce.com CRM platform, including proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and third-party integrations using platform events.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture, unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Salesforce certification(s) will be considered an advantage.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 6 years of software development experience, with a focus on leadership roles or equivalent experience as a technical lead.
