Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise operations across multiple geothermal and construction sites, managing resource allocation, safety, quality, and timelines.
- Project Planning: Proactively organize and plan projects for the upcoming 6-24 months, equipping the team to meet future operational demands.

- Proven track record in overseeing multiple operations and sites successfully.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary.
