Key Responsibilities
- Lead the crafting and execution of business process solutions through D365 Finance, applying industry best practices to refine financial management.
- Convert functional business requirements into bespoke configuration designs tailored for D365 Finance applications.
- Produce comprehensive and clear documentation throughout every phase of the D365 Finance implementation lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct training sessions to equip clients with the skills to leverage D365 Finance and other related software solutions effectively.
- Provide support during pilot testing phases, troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the solution operates at peak optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to engineer bespoke functional solutions addressing their specific D365 Finance needs and customizations.
- Offer ongoing support following implementation to ensure the solutions function optimally, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Deliver D365 Finance demonstrations to prospective clients, preparing engaging presentations, gathering requirements, and showcasing system capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to devise innovative solutions that align with client business objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including leading or consulting on implementations and upgrades.
- Solid foundation in Project Management Accounting, with a keen understanding of Tax and SOX compliance (experience in these areas is a plus).
- Profound knowledge of core financial and business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and Inventory Management.
- Experience with integrating third-party solutions alongside D365 Finance, catering to diverse client needs.
- A collaborative, client-focused mindset, complemented by outstanding communication skills and the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related domain is preferred (CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory).
