Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a robust revenue operations strategy that facilitates sustainable growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate intimately with sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to refine processes and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance metrics, discern trends, and deliver actionable insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.
- Spearhead initiatives for process optimization in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM effectiveness to enhance operational productivity.
- Supervise revenue planning, territory management, and budgeting activities, ensuring that they meet financial goals and maintain accuracy.
- Assess, implement, and refine the revenue technology framework to align with business needs and improve overall efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue-related functions and provide consistent updates on progress and areas for enhancement.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or comparable roles, with 5 years in a leadership capacity in a B2B SaaS context.
- Profound understanding of SaaS business frameworks and critical metrics like ARR, GRR, and customer churn.
- Demonstrated capability in driving operational efficiency and revenue advancement in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills focused on fostering and mentoring high-achieving teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading initiatives that enhance revenue growth and operational effectiveness in high-paced settings.
