Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans and conduct in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate with lead advisors to present tailored financial strategies to clients.
- Support the preparation of client tax returns with precision and expertise.
- Foster growth and contribute to the overarching success of the firm.
- Provide analytical support to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Professional designation (e.g., CFP, CPA, EA, CSLP).
- A strong passion for financial planning and tax preparation, demonstrating a commitment to clients’ financial independence.
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, RightCapital, Holistiplan, Tamarac, Drake Tax, Schwab, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
