Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a seasoned Tax Manager to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in managing a diverse range of tax returns, with a particular emphasis on real estate transactions. You will play a critical role in both the preparation and review processes, collaborating with colleagues at all levels, from senior accountants to partners.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in Public Accounting
• Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individuals, and Multi-state taxes
• Profound technical knowledge of tax regulations
• Familiarity with 754 elections and 1031 exchanges
• Proven ability to manage an annual workload of 300-500 tax returns
• Active CPA or EA designation
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working with clients generating revenue between \(10 million and \)100 million
• Preferred experience in Gift, Trust, and Estate Returns
• Background in Transaction and Business Advisory services is advantageous

• Competitive salary range of \(130,000 to \)185,000
