Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit in-depth expertise with the OmniPlus system, leveraging its features to efficiently manage retirement plan transactions.
- Oversee and process contributions, distributions, adjustments, and reconciliations with precision, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
- Identify, classify, and rectify Not In Good Order (NIGO) transactions to uphold compliance and adhere to client expectations.
- Ensure all transactions align with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to Form 5500 reporting.
- Conduct thorough validations to detect discrepancies and verify data integrity, thereby mitigating errors and potential risks.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate transaction issues, discern root causes, and implement solutions that meet both client and regulatory needs.
- Provide exemplary customer service by effectively communicating with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex challenges, enhance processes, and contribute to team objectives.
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools, with a readiness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

- Plan Administrators: Focused on supporting plan administration, particularly in handling pay-in and pay-out transactions, with experience in OmniPlus preferred.
- Senior Plan Administrators: Tasked with managing intricate transitions, adjustments, and reconciliation processes, requiring a robust background in OmniPlus and strong analytical skills.
- Client Onboarding Professionals: Facilitating the onboarding of substantial retirement plans to the OmniPlus platform, closely collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Plan Conversion Analysts: Overseeing the transition of retirement plans from alternative platforms to OmniPlus, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance Analysts: Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for all retirement plan processes, conducting audits, implementing corrective measures, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Extensive experience in retirement plan administration.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including Plan Sponsors and Client Management Services.
- Ability to manage multifaceted tasks with meticulous attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with OmniPlus and other recordkeeping systems is advantageous.
