Key Responsibilities
- Establish new depository accounts to meet member needs.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage product agreements and setup documentation.
- Maintain ongoing communication and service for members and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with commercial and cash management teams to meet collective objectives.
- Promote and refer additional services to individuals, businesses, non-profits, and governmental entities.
- Aid in the delivery and maintenance of various cash management services, including digital banking and fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Assist in crafting proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Deliver outstanding member service through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional strategies.
- Attend training and meetings to remain updated on policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with web-based software and financial platforms.
- Knowledge of NACHA rules, FFIEC guidelines, and cash management products.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a financial institution is essential.
- Experience collaborating with businesses, non-profits, and public fund organizations is highly advantageous.
- Proven capability to compose clear and concise reports, memos, and correspondence.
- A solid grasp of cash management and business deposit products is necessary.
