Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive accounting functions, including financial reporting and budget oversight.
- Lead the monthly accounting close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insightful financial performance reports to key stakeholders, including the Executive Director and Board Treasurer.
- Collaborate with division leaders to manage departmental finances and resource allocation.
- Guide HR operations through strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.
- Supervise the HR and Finance teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Cultivate professional growth opportunities for the Finance and Administration Team.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent certification) in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; CPA certification and/or MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a nonprofit or high-growth context.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting and HR software, such as Salesforce.
