Key Responsibilities

• Oversee short release cycles, manage feature toggle implementations, and lead continuous integration initiatives.
• Supervise development activities within a microservice architecture and platform-based environment.
• Engage in hands-on development tasks, including coding and feature verification, to support the team in meeting release objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating both technical and non-technical challenges.

• Strong understanding of unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and principles of object-oriented software design.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com CRM platform and its functionalities.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and integrations through platform events.
• A solid advocate for best practices in software design and development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 6 years in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Previous experience as a technical lead or team lead is essential.
