You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 8-12 key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and collaborating with Salesforce and internal teams to align business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring clarity and consistency in expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, overseeing project success and proactively addressing any challenges.
- Advocate for client health internally, providing insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within each account, collaborating with leadership to expand our impact.
- Partner with practice leadership and Solution Consultants to develop tailored strategic roadmaps and introduce new opportunities.
- Enhance client lifetime value (LTV) and satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Create and implement account plans that align with clients’ business objectives, identifying areas for further collaboration.
- Work alongside practice leadership and Solution Consultants to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- 5-7 years of experience managing digital projects, including digital experiences, marketing, or eCommerce technologies.
- Demonstrated experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, guiding clients through intricate implementations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the business and organizational requirements of Salesforce clients.
- Proficient in contract negotiations and adept at managing complex conversations.
- Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency or consulting environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear reports and engaging presentations.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to spot opportunities and craft compelling solutions.
- Confidence in engaging with clients at various levels, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
